Lawsuit alleges police officer was drinking at a bar prior to fatal crash

A lawsuit has been filed by the families of the four people killed by an off-duty police officer in March, who was driving home from an evening where she had allegedly been drinking at a local bar and grill.  The lawsuit also names the bar as a defendant, alleging that the bar served the officer after she was obviously intoxicated.
