Missouri's Second Injury Fund Not the Only One in the Country Suffering

Twenty states have been forced to shut down their Second Injury Fund programs aimed at helping veterans, due to rising costs and lower funding. Missouri is still fighting to keep theirs open, but a solution needs to be found as veterans of Afghanistan and Iraq return home looking for work.
